TCL is committed to protecting the confidentiality of your medical information and is required by law to do so. It also describes your rights to access and control your protected health information.

You may also file a complaint with the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services. You will not be penalized for filing a complaint.

Changes to this notice:

We have the right to change our practices regarding the protected health information we maintain. If we make changes, we will update this Notice.
